COVID-19 Policy

Ruby & Associates is committed to safeguarding the health and safety and of all our employees, clients and visitors to our offices.

Accordingly, we have implemented a policy that requires all employees, clients and visitors attending the offices of Ruby & Associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or provide a signed medical exemption certificate) and to wear a face mask, with effect from 1 February 2022.

From 1 February 2022, all clients or visitors to our offices will be required to show evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status at the time of entry to the premises and to wear a face mask.

Further, all clients or visitors will be required to register their attendance using the ServiceWA QR code or by completing the manual SafeWA sign in sheet.

If any client or visitor is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status, then Ruby & Associates, at their discretion, may refuse to permit the client or visitor entry to their offices.

Clients or visitors will be provided with advance notice of this policy at the time that any appointments are made.  Alternately, telephone appointments are available upon request.

Please do not attend our offices if:

  • you feel unwell, or have had a suspected or confirmed case of the COVID-19 virus in the past 14 days; or
  • you have been in contact with a person who is unwell, or who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

We appreciate the temporary inconvenience that these measures may cause to clients and visitors to the firm and hope that they will assist us all to move forward and return to normal operations as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation.
