  • Provide certificates as to Australian law and legal practice for use internationally

In certain circumstances, a person involved in an international transaction will often be requested to obtain an Apostille on their relevant documentation.

An Apostille is applied by the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade and confirms the authenticity of the signature and seal of the certifier of the document, namely the Notary Public. For that reason, we are unable to issue an Apostille and only the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade can issue an Apostille in Australia.
